First of all, this is much more than just a Nutcracker Head – this is a Giant Nutcracker itself, even if it is not a functioning one. The old silo-turned-nutcracker is so cool to look at and the creators got every detail right – in supersized form. I half expected there to be a little novelty shop sitting next to him selling normal-sized nutcrackers and other Christmas-y gifts.
As we pulled up, we could see he was decked out in Christmas attire (aka lights) and I wish we could have seen him lit up at night; I suppose that means we’ll have to take another trip! We recommend a stop to see him and if you want to see him up close, pull into the Paint and Paper driveway.
